Responsibilities
Define and execute the engineering vision and roadmap for the Data Experiences and Analytics Visualization Platform
Oversee the architecture, design, and development of scalable, reliable, and high-performance data and visualization products
Ensure best practices in software engineering, data engineering, and visualization technologies
Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing engineering team
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Drive talent acquisition, retention, and professional development
Partner with Product, Design, Data Science, and other stakeholders to deliver customer-centric solutions
Translate business requirements into technical solutions that deliver value and impact
Advocate for the voice of the customer in all engineering decisions
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for engineering quality, delivery, and reliability
Implement robust processes for agile development, code quality, testing, and deployment
Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships as needed
Stay abreast of industry trends in data analytics, visualization, and platform engineering
Evaluate and adopt new technologies and methodologies to maintain a competitive edge
Champion a data-driven culture across the organization
