They are seeking a Production Assistant - Busser / Dish Washer to maintain cleanliness of production supplies and assist with various cleaning and setup tasks in the department.

Responsibilities

Wash dishes in compliance with Central Market H-E-B and Health Department sanitation protocols

Assist team with deep cleaning assignments

Maintain cleanliness/sanitation in department

Remove trash and cardboard from the department

Assist with loading and unloading of delivery trucks

Assist in daily set up, maintenance and break down of food service areas

Other duties may be assigned
