QA engineer

Responsibilities
Develop, maintain and improve the quality management system as well as the specific requirements of the RR Group
Supervise and coordinate internal, customer and certification audits
Analyze and treat non-conformities related to products and assembly processes, implementing corrective and preventive actions
Draft, update and disseminate procedures, instructions and quality control plan
Train and raise staff awareness of quality standards and normative requirements
Actively participate in the innovation and reliability of processes related to R&D, project engineering, industrialization and production
Qualification
Required
Industrial or civil engineer (or equivalent) with experience in quality and electromechanical engineering in the industry
3 to 5 years of experience in quality management
Fluent in French
Very good knowledge of English (verbal and written)
Knowledge of ISO9001
Mastery of quality tools (FMEA, 5W, PDCA, SPC, 8D, Six Sigma, etc.)
Strong multitasking skills
Strong planning and organizational skills
Excellent team player
Strong communication and pedagogical skills
Good technical skills
