Responsibilities
Set up video set daily including camera, audio, lighting and fixtures in line with the program guidelines for framing
Ensure proper lighting and focus for videos and b-roll
Partner with on-set Associate Producer to provide feedback and guidance to talent on content
Coach talent on set to create engaging and valued content
On occasion you may be asked to support training or onboarding crew members
Manage audio and audit content while filming
Backup all footage after each shift and upload footage for post-production
Assist in prep and shipping of product as needed
Maintain audio and video supplies and equipment, and communicate needed repairs or replacements to regional Producer in a timely manner
Qualification
Required
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, SharePoint, MS Office Suite
5 years Audio and Video Production experience
3 years of experience working in the fashion industry
Ability to lift 60 pounds (video equipment, props)
Ability to think on your feet and make quick decisions
Clear and effective verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
This is a flexible schedule and on-call, as needed position. Hours and scheduling will depend on volume of work
Preferred
Bachelors or Associates degree with a focus in Audio and Video Production preferred
