Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience managing mechanical construction projects
Proven ability to manage commercial HVAC and/or plumbing scopes
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Willingness to relocate to Tallahassee, FL (relocation assistance provided)
Preferred
Experience with a mechanical contractor or MEP subcontractor
