The Customer Service Representative-Lab responds to Lab Customer Service Call Center inquiries from patients, medical personnel, Reference Laboratories and Outreach accounts
This individual triages calls to appropriate personnel when needed

Qualification

Written communicationVerbal communicationMedical terminologyDatabase experienceCustomer service experienceProblem solving

Required

Demonstrated proficiency with written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated experience working with databases

Preferred

Successful completion of a post-secondary medical terminology course
One year experience with Customer Service
Demonstrated experience utilizing problem solving techniques
