Responsibilities
Help lead teams across multiple buildings when needed
Check buildings for issues and ensure quality standards are met
Train, support, and motivate new and current team members
Assist with tracking labor hours and staying on budget
Place weekly supply orders
Communicate changes in hours, procedures, or policies to the team
Work closely with the Area Manager — teamwork matters
Learn all positions in assigned buildings so you can jump in when needed
Identify extra service opportunities (carpet cleaning, window cleaning, etc.)
Qualification
Required
Reliable and team-oriented
Strong communication skills
Natural leadership mindset
Willingness to learn and grow
Comfortable stepping into different roles
Preferred
Janitorial or facility services experience is a plus (not required)
