Responsibilities
Guide design control, risk management (FMEA), testing strategies, and process improvements
Lead root cause analysis (RCCA) for failures, implement CAPAs, and drive continuous improvement (Kaizen)
Act as a liaison for quality issues, ensuring customer needs are met and supplier quality is maintained
Ensure adherence to standards (ISO, FDA) and manage quality documentation, audits, and regulatory filings
Work with R&D, Operations, Regulatory, Marketing, and Finance to align quality with business strategy
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Quality, etc.)
Significant experience (e.g., 8+ years total, 3+ in management) in quality, engineering, or manufacturing
Strong understanding of quality methodologies, risk management, validation, testing, and relevant software/tools
Strategic thinking, problem-solving, mentoring, conflict resolution, and excellent communication
Familiarity with Aerospace industry regulations
Able to work in a manufacturing environment
US Citizen or Green Card holder
