Responsibilities

Demonstrate diligence, urgency, impartiality and consistency regarding account management

Contact references on all accounts that do not return calls

Use texting and other programs to contact customers

Mail letters according to mail program

Recognize and create opportunities to renew customers agreements

Schedule voluntary turn-ins of merchandise

Handle field collections and de-installations

Aid store management in other store responsibilities including daily store opening/closing duties

Qualification

Required

Valid state driver's license with a clean driving history

We conduct a drug screen and background check

Prior experience of sales agent, rental agent, account executive, account manager, account collections, and rent-to-own is important in the success at this job
