Responsibilities
Answer all incoming calls concerning maintenance and repairs needed on property and at off-site locations
Input call details into computer system (e.g. HotSOS)
Assign work to Engineering employees
Respond to life safety system and fire alarm panel, locates area of alarm and dispatches it to Engineering personnel to take action
Record all personnel call-ins and forwards to appropriate staff
Maintain dispatch log of all activities performed throughout the day
Maintain an accurate accounting of time and activities in emergency situations
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
1+ years of prior relevant dispatch experience required
6+ months of prior relevant administrative experience required
Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
