Responsibilities

Coordinate efforts with the Network Administrator Infrastructure

Responsible for the management of network applications delivery including workstations, user server-based application software and internet based application software

Apply deep knowledge of enterprise LAN'WAN architectures, network segmentation and redundancy design

Network Performance Management and monitoring (SNMP, Netflow, other NPM tools)

Anticipate potential system or procedural problems and be proactive in preventing system interruptions or deficiencies

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current and new hardware/software technologies for network applications and delivery systems; maintain awareness of industry concepts/ideas for future technology solutions for network systems

Assist the Network Administrator with developing required network system project plans for major system replacements/upgrades; utilize effective project management practices ensuring that deadlines are met; coordinate system upgrades with end users

Utilize effective change management procedures over network applications and delivery systems

Assist in the development of Technology Contingency Plans and technology/bank policies
