Take high-volume inbound phone calls providing customer service to retirement plan clients
Help callers feel comfortable and supported while answering general retirement plan questions
Explain financial concepts and regulations
Build trust in these interactions by utilizing resources to understand business and regulatory requirements
Perform research and ensure the resolution of unclear or incomplete requests in real-time over the phone
Qualification
Required
You have customer service experience in any industry and enjoy talking to people over the phone
You're a tech-savvy problem solver. You can research and resolve customer questions quickly, working across multiple systems throughout the day
You've taken on challenging customer interactions with patience, empathy, and composure, knowing when to take ownership and when to escalate client concerns
You enjoy staying informed of the company's products and services, policies and procedures, and applicable regulations and legal requirements
You're open to working overtime hours, as needed
