They are seeking a detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator who will manage the onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring a seamless and welcoming process while supporting recruiting operations.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for all new hires, from offer acceptance through successful onboarding
Coordinate and manage onboarding activities, timelines, and documentation with precision and care
Ensure every new employee feels informed, supported, and excited to join Alpha
Support job postings, requisition management, and interview coordination
Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication with professionalism and urgency
Assist in maintaining and updating job descriptions, interview plans, and recruiting materials
Track and manage pre-employment requirements and onboarding documentation
Maintain accurate records in the ATS and HRIS (UKG)
Coordinate with Facilities, IT, and Training to ensure new hires are fully set up for success
Monitor and respond to calls, emails, and voicemails related to talent acquisition inquiries
Facilitate New Hire Orientation and support early employee integration
Conduct periodic follow-ups with new employees to support engagement and retention
Assist with process improvements, templates, and special Talent Acquisition projects

Required

Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Preferred

2+ years of experience in administrative support, recruiting coordination, or HR operations
Experience with an ATS and HRIS (UKG preferred)
