Regents Capital Corporation is a leading private independent equipment financing company in the United States. They are seeking a growth-minded Portfolio Management Representative responsible for conducting soft collections activities and assisting with customer service requests.

Responsibilities

Communicate with lending partners regarding all customer service and past due account inquiries

Conduct collections calls to all accounts with past due balances to cure delinquency and ensure no further delinquency occurs

Prepare and send written correspondence to past due customers

Provide details on collections accounts that remain past due to be submitted for legal action

Respond to internal and external customer service calls and emails with requested information

Prepare customer service items such as copies of documents, payment histories, payoff quotes, balance statements, invoices, as well as payment processing, set up/update ACH bank information

Process and update various reports and UCC filings

Assist with special Portfolio Management projects as needed
