Responsibilities

Support all At Your Service activities, including Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS), merchandise returns, order pickups, and other assigned tasks

Upholding Macy’s service standards

Maintain a shoppable space by recovering merchandise and keeping the pickup and return areas clean

Ensure timely completion and curbside delivery of Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS) orders

Share our Loyalty program benefits

Acquire new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits

Make prompt, sound decisions in real time to effectively address customer needs and resolve issues

Communicate and collaborate with customers and colleagues

Meet daily sales goal challenges

Help keep the shopping space clean, organized, and inviting

Required

Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality

Must be able to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors

This position requires talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands

Standing for at least two consecutive hours, lifting at least 25lbs, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders, reaching, including above eye level

Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment

Frequent use of computers and other technology, necessary to perform job functions, including handheld equipment, cash register and ability to process register transactions
