Responsibilities
Ingest approved blog requests into Asana and maintain accurate project details, metadata, and statuses
Create and manage project workspace chats to align communication with stakeholders, editorial, design, social, and production teams
Confirm project timelines, publishing dates, and rescheduling as needed
Conduct QA checks to ensure all required information, approvals (PR, Marketing, Legal), and assets are complete before staging
Stage blog previews, share for stakeholder review, track feedback, and support final approval
Coordinate blog publishing and post-publish steps, including localization workflows
Manage design coordination by confirming design approach, submitting requests when needed, and tracking approvals
Share published URLs with stakeholders and close projects in Asana
Flag time-sensitive or last-minute requests for editorial review and feasibility assessment
Qualification
Required
2-3 years of experience in creative project management, ideally with experience managing blog content
Must have basic HTML experience and understanding
Experience using Asana
Exceptionally close attention to detail
Basic experience in copy editing
Must be available for additional hours as required, including occasional weekends, with notice
Must present a professional image representing self, company, and client
