Responsibilities
Implement and maintain agile frameworks and practices within assigned teams
Facilitate Scrum events and ensure their effectiveness
Coach team members on agile principles and practices
Identify and help remove impediments to team progress
Promote transparency and effective communication within the team and with stakeholders
Support backlog management and refinement
Drive release planning and management
Conduct capacity planning and assess goal fulfillment
Facilitate planning with dependent partners
Utilize data and metrics to drive process improvements
Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement
Qualification
Required
2-5 years of experience in a dedicated IT Project Manager or Scrum Master role
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and practices
Experience with project management delivery concepts and application
Experience with risk mitigation techniques and managing quality control
Experience with agile project management tools (e.g. Jira, Jira Align, Confluence)
Excellent facilitation and communication skills

Dependency Management: identifying, tracking, managing work sequencing, and resolving dependencies
Business Acumen: Proficiency ensuring work is delivering measurable customer value and is effectively prioritized based on size, impact, and alignment to goals
Release Management: Familiarity with release process and change management
Data and Tools: Diligent in ensuring high data quality is maintained so that decisions and outcomes are transparent and reliable
Team Dynamics: Proficient embracing a positive leadership stance and building high levels of trust and engagement on teams
