Lead Electrical field execution and trade coordination
Drive sequencing, schedule milestones, and commissioning readiness
Enforce safety and quality standards
Partner with Project Management and Commissioning teams
Qualification
Required
7+ years as an Electrical Superintendent
Experience with mission-critical or industrial power systems
Strong electrical sequencing and safety leadership
Ability to lead large trade workforces
Long-term West Texas commitment
