Responsibilities

Ability to develop, manage, and maintain detailed project schedules, WBS, and milestones using MS Project/Primavera
Skilled in identifying dependencies, critical paths, constraints, and schedule risks to ensure feasibility
Monitors progress, prepares status reports, dashboards, and variance analyses to maintain schedule integrity
Collaborates with engineering, PMO, and customer teams to align schedules with resources, risks, and delivery plans
Ensures adherence to PMO standards, contractual requirements, and utility scheduling processes

Project Planning & Scheduling: Ability to develop, manage, and maintain detailed project schedules, WBS, and milestones using MS Project/Primavera
Critical Path & Dependency Analysis: Skilled in identifying dependencies, critical paths, constraints, and schedule risks to ensure feasibility
Project Tracking & Reporting: Monitors progress, prepares status reports, dashboards, and variance analyses to maintain schedule integrity
Cross‑Functional Coordination: Collaborates with engineering, PMO, and customer teams to align schedules with resources, risks, and delivery plans
PMO Process & Compliance: Ensures adherence to PMO standards, contractual requirements, and utility scheduling processes
Minimum years of experience required: 5-15 Years
Education Qualification required: BE
