Supply Planning Manager
Relatable, previously known as What Do You Meme?, is seeking a Supply Planning Manager to ensure the efficient flow of goods throughout the supply chain. The role involves developing and executing supply plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing inventory levels to meet customer demands while minimizing costs.

Responsibilities
Work closely with Demand Planning and sales to gather forecasts and convert into supply needs
Alert Demand Planning and Sales on inventory risks and create risk mitigation plans
Collaborate with and challenge Demand Planning and sales on forecasting assumptions that create inventory volatility
Develop inventory targets and manage stock levels to optimize availability while minimizing excess inventory costs
Implement inventory replenishment strategies to ensure optimal stock levels across the supply chain
Present inventory summaries across various forums to inform business of excess & slow-moving inventory
Coordinate with Sourcing & Procurement to understand timelines for upcoming launches to ensure timely arrival of inventory prior to market launch
Work with Demand Planning and Sales to ensure forecasts are aligned before purchase orders are placed with suppliers
Coordinate with production teams to ensure that manufacturing schedules align with demand forecasts
Monitor production capacities and adjust plans to accommodate changes in demand or production constraints
Collaborate with logistics and transportation to ensure timely departure and delivery of finished goods from source to destination
Build and manage PO monitoring solution to track ETA lead times of POs
Communicate cross-functionally on PO delays with explanation on root-cause and revised ETA
Communicate effectively with various departments, including procurement, logistics, sales, and finance
Align cross-functional teams on supply chain strategies and priorities
Track and report key supply chain performance metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency
Leverage supply chain software and technology tools to optimize planning, forecasting, and inventory management processes
Maintain and further develop large backend databases that support inventory management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's (and/or certifications) in business, supply chain or other relevant fields
Five (5+) plus years of experience in supply planning/forecasting
Proven work experience as a Supply Planner or a similar role
Ability to identify forecasts biases based on historical inventory volatility impacts
Perform regular analyses on inventory health and optimization
Coordinate with various teams and gather data from multiple sources to concisely formulate and explain inventory related matters to a wide-ranging audience
Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge
Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Advanced Excel skills include the ability to produce graphs, tables, use spreadsheets efficiently and perform calculations and automation to process large volumes of data. Power Pivot, Macros and VBA is a big plus
NetSuite preferred
