Chief Operating Officer

Confidencial is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join their executive leadership team. The COO will be responsible for the overall operations and execution of corporate strategy, driving operational excellence and efficiency across the organization.

Responsibilities

Serve as a core member of the executive leadership team, responsible for the company’s overall operations and execution of corporate strategy
Translate the CEO’s vision and board-level strategy into scalable operational plans and measurable results
Oversee day-to-day business operations across all functions, regions, or business units
Drive operational excellence, efficiency, and continuous improvement across the organization
Partner closely with the CEO, CFO, and executive team on strategic planning, budgeting, and performance management
Establish operational governance, performance frameworks, and enterprise-level KPIs
Ensure effective resource allocation, cost management, and operational scalability
Identify operational risks and bottlenecks; design and implement mitigation strategies
Lead, mentor, and develop senior leadership teams, ensuring strong execution capability and succession planning
Support major initiatives such as growth expansion, transformation programs, and mergers and acquisitions
Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices

Required

Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Operations, Finance, or a related field
8+ years of progressive leadership experience, including senior or executive-level roles

Strong strategic, operational, and financial acumen
Exceptional leadership presence, execution capability, and decision-making skills
Experience driving organizational scaling, process optimization, and change management
Ability to work effectively with the board, investors, and senior stakeholders

Preferred

MBA preferred
Industry experience relevant to the company's business is a strong advantage
