Consumer Services
Responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting major appliances that fit their needs and budgets
Build trust through product knowledge, recommendations, and excellent customer service
Close sales and earn commissions on appliances and protection plans
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional showroom
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
Move and stage appliances within the showroom
Assist with receiving appliance deliveries as needed
Occasionally support delivery and installation teams during staffing shortages or peak times
Qualification
Required
Proven sales ability or strong sales instincts
Confidence communicating with customers in person
Physically able to move large appliances safely
Dependable, punctual, and professional
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Willingness to step up and support the team when needed
