Responsibilities
Serve as primary point of contact for Field Sales employees regarding fleet-related questions and vehicle issues
Assist with setup of Subaru Starlink for Canada drivers
Coordinate vehicle deliveries, returns, maintenance scheduling, and service reminders
Track vehicle assignments and ensure driver records are up to date, including mileage logs, license renewals, and compliance documentation
Monitor fleet inbox and respond to inquiries promptly
Support new hire onboarding by sending welcome materials, coordinating vehicle setup, and providing guidance on fleet policies
Liaise with vendors for updates, task resolution, vehicle transfers, storage assignments, and termination notifications
Collaborate with Fleet Manager on special projects to improve field support and fleet efficiency
