UBEO, LLC is a premier provider of business technology products and services, seeking a Software Renewals Coordinator to join their team. The role involves managing software and support contract renewals, requiring strong communication skills and critical thinking to address customer inquiries and ensure smooth processes.

Information Technology

Responsibilities

Software renewals (ECM and MFP Solutions)

Review previous quote and any contract changes

Create new quote and send to customer via DocuSign

Answer customer questions

Escalate threatened renewals

Process customer requests for additional licensing (Laserfiche primarily)

Audit block of time usage (ECM and MFP Solutions)

Prepare and send reports for monthly usage to Block of Time customers

Send replenishment quotes

Escalate expired BOT to Sales Management

Onboard UBEO acquisitions

Identify and contribute to continuous improvement efforts to reduce costs or increase productivity without reducing effectiveness

Maintain an open and candid working relationship with the immediate manager in discussing matters of importance

Adhere to established company values, practices, policies, and procedures at all times. Follow and support compliance with all applicable safety rules, laws, regulations, and standards

Required

High School Diploma or GED

Track record of integrity and trustworthiness with confidential/sensitive information

Takes ownership of job responsibilities with personal pride and accountability

Very prompt, hardworking, and loves what they do
