Managing the front area by answering phone calls, welcoming customers, and providing records to clients. It is essential to be friendly and capable of multitasking
Processes and analyzes medical record information for compliance with standards, rules, and regulations related to patient information
Audits charts for accuracy, ensuring that all regulations are met with the document under review
Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Great customer service skills
6+ months of experience in Health information Management or administrative area
High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Associate's Degree in Health information Management or relevant area
