Responsibilities

Lead Enterprise-Critical Risk Assessments: Design and execute the Financial Crimes Targeted Risk Assessments (TRAs), including AML, Sanctions, and Anti-Bribery & Corruption (ABC)

Drive Strategic Alignment & Methodology Enhancement: Align TRA methodology with the Enterprise-Wide Risk Assessment (EWRA) to ensure scalability, consistency, and continuous improvement

Execute with Precision & Rigor: Maintain comprehensive documentation and an evidence repository across all applicable units

Enable Insightful Reporting & Stakeholder Collaboration: Develop reporting templates and collaborate with stakeholders to co-create TRA reports

Support Transition & Knowledge Transfer: Facilitate knowledge transfer and transition activities to permanent team to ensure sustainability and continuity

Required

Experience in Financial Crimes, Operational Risk, Fraud, Sanctions, or Anti-Bribery & Corruption, demonstrated through work experience, training, military service, or education

Understanding of Financial Crimes Risk Management, regulatory expectations, and new product or business initiatives

Experience in analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex or ambiguous issues into actionable solutions
