Account Manager
Century Fire Protection is one of the largest and most successful full-service fire protection companies based in the Southeast. The Account Manager is responsible for managing customer accounts, building relationships, and ensuring service work orders are efficiently handled.

Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact with customers and partners
Review and approve invoices
Review service work orders and calculate gross profit percentage
Review and submit proposals for correct Gross Profit Percentage and make changes as necessary
Update system with notes, customer approvals, dispatch work orders, and complete follow-up phone calls on completed services
Review weekly operations and open work order reports
Manage customer email box
Regular and predictable on-site attendance during scheduled office hours is an essential function of this role
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree and/or 2-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
