The role involves significant engagement with resident teaching and supervision, as well as overseeing key residency activities and curriculum development.

Responsibilities
Serve as the attending of record for internal medicine hospitalized patients on resident teaching teams
Serve as the overall Elective Director for the residency in collaboration with site directors
Deliver longitudinal board review on a selected topic
Engage in key residency activities including, but not limited to, service on the clinical competency and GME committees, curriculum development, recruitment, conferences, retreats, mentoring and coaching
Qualification
Required
MD/DO or equivalent
Board eligible in Internal Medicine and/or specialty
Must be eligible for licensure in New Jersey
