Required

Minimum of 5 years of NON-RETAIL customer service experience
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with Microsoft Excel
Experience: non retail customer service: 3 years (Required)

Preferred

Preferably manufacturing or distribution experience
Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
Prior experience using Infor SX.e or CloudSuite Distribution is a big plus!
