Responsibilities

Create initial Revit project setup and prepares for the production team

Create and update BIM/Revit technical documentation

Assistance with maintaining Revit templates and UNIFI content libraries

Provide support model management, administration, and maintenance

Knowledge of Revit family management, shared parameters and tag families is required

Oversee BIM model integration with other design and construction management software

Facilitate collaboration and clash detection for a large, multi-discipline project team across multiple companies, organizing/leading BIM coordination meetings

Works with vendors of all disciplines on content download and updates to the office standards

Provides BIM/Revit project kick-off information

Works as part of a BIM/CAD support team to achieve consistent results

Required

High School diploma

9+ years relevant working experience

Possesses working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, BIM 360/ACC, Navisworks Manage

Knowledge of Revit family management, shared parameters and tag families is required

Preferred

Working knowledge of AutoCad Civil 3D

Familiarity with visual programming (Dynamo)

Proficiency with Bluebeam in relationship to Revit PDF deliverables
