Responsibilities

Design and refine production systems, fixtures, and CNC programs for robust capability
Establish FTF measurement practices and develop complete PPAP documentation
Influence product design for manufacturability and cost efficiency
Conduct inspections, lead structured problem solving, and drive engineering improvements
Leverage data to optimize cycle times, reduce waste, and stabilize processes
Manage small-scale projects end-to-end, coordinating suppliers and subcontractors
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards
Share best practices and promote continuous learning across the team

Required

Bachelor's in Engineering (or equivalent)
5–6 years in manufacturing/process engineering
Experience in design, development, and specification of processes/equipment
Track record in project scheduling, cost control, and budgeting
GD&T, Mechanical Design & Engineering proficiency
APQP, PPAP proficiency
Project Management proficiency
5 Why (root cause analysis) proficiency
Lean Manufacturing principles in a production environment proficiency

Preferred

CNC machining process expertise
Lean/continuous improvement and change management experience
Data analytics and process optimization
Supplier/subcontractor coordination
