Responsibilities

Develop and execute company-wide sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
Lead, coach, and mentor account executives and customer support teams
Establish and manage sales goals, KPIs, forecasts, and EOS-aligned scorecards
Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer data to optimize results
Partner closely with Operations, Estimating, and Leadership teams to ensure cross-functional alignment and execution
Manage sales budgets, pipelines, and CRM systems
Drive accountability through clear expectations, consistent processes, and performance tracking
Ensure consistent sales processes, accountability, and best practices across the organization
Support key customer relationships and strategic accounts as needed

Required

5+ years of experience in sales, including 3+ years in a leadership or management role
Proven success driving revenue growth and leading sales teams

Experience with sales forecasting, CRM platforms, and performance metrics
Strategic thinker with the ability to execute and lead by example
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Preferred

Experience in millwork, construction, building materials, or a related industry
MBA or advanced degree
Experience scaling sales teams in a growth-oriented EOS driven environment
