Talent Acquisition Manager
Civilized People is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Professional to manage the entire recruiting process. The Talent Acquisition Manager will oversee a junior recruiter, develop employer branding strategies, and collaborate with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.
Responsibilities
Oversee a junior recruiter and manage the entire recruiting process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding
Develop and enhance employer branding strategies
Conduct interviews
Collaborate with hiring managers to meet staffing needs
Work with the executive committee to define staffing challenges and design recruitment strategies to meet those opportunities
Create efficient and innovative hiring processes to support the organization’s growth
Qualification
Required
Experience in salaried and hourly recruitment in the retail, restaurant or hospitality industries
Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
Proficiency in Hiring and Recruiting strategies to attract exceptional talent
Experience in Employer Branding and developing strategies to strengthen organizational reputation
Strong Interviewing skills to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with teams and hiring managers
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a plus
