Responsibilities

Build quantitative tools and analytical models that support portfolio management, risk reporting, hedge strategy development, and derivatives collateral management
Contribute to quantitative research and project work that advances the Investment Team's strategic goals and analytics capabilities
Create ad-hoc reports and data extracts using SQL and other analytical tools to inform trading decisions and strengthen risk oversight
Enhance code efficiency and deliver innovative technical solutions that support new products, changing market conditions, and evolving business needs
Design, maintain, and expand system infrastructure to support future model development and ensure scalable, reliable analytics as the company grows
Partner with IT, Financial Operations, and other internal teams to enhance portfolio risk reporting metrics and improve enterprise-wide investment insights

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
0-2 years of experience supporting an investment team or developing analytical or technical infrastructure in a financial environment
Strong programming fundamentals with experience in languages such as Python, C++, and VBA
Hands-on experience with relational database systems (e.g., SQL Server, MS Access) and comfort working with large datasets
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and investment-focused teams

Preferred

Master's degree in Mathematical Finance, Data Science, or a similar discipline
