Provide office administrative support

Greet and direct visitors, including vendors, clients, job candidates, and customers
Create presentations, reports, and forms as requested by management
Answer phones and direct all calls to the appropriate party promptly and efficiently
Communicate and handle incoming and outgoing electronic communication
Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues promptly
Special projects, as needed
Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience
6+ months of MS Office Suite, efficient keyboarding, interaction across the organization, all levels of personnel, and external vendors, suppliers, agencies, etc
Preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish highly Preferred!!!
