Own the Issue Lifecycle: Investigate, resolve, and document operational issues from intake to resolution—partnering with internal teams and external vendors to keep service delivery seamless

Analyze & Audit: Use SQL and data tools to identify trends, systemic issues, and opportunities for improvement

Communicate Clearly: Provide transparent updates and maintain detailed documentation for stakeholders and partners

Improve Processes: Recommend and implement long-term solutions, automation, and system enhancements to prevent recurring issues

Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with Clinical, Data Architecture, Integrations, Benefits Configuration, and more to deliver effective solutions

Support Vendor Partnerships: Engage with adjudication software vendors to ensure accurate claims processing and system performance
