Qualification
Required
Proven leadership and management skills
Experience in fundraising, budgeting, and financial management
Strong community outreach, networking, and public speaking abilities
Knowledge in non-profit management and program development
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site environment
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Social Work, Non-Profit Management, or a related field
Preferred
Master's degree preferred
Experience in a similar role within a non-profit organization is a plus
