Executive Director
WorkSource Oregon is seeking an Executive Director to lead and manage the organization. The role involves strategic leadership, financial management, and community engagement to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and the organization's mission.
Responsibilities
Develop & implement strategic plans in alignment with the organization's mission & vision
Provide leadership / guidance to staff, promoting a positive & inclusive work environment
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring effective & efficient service delivery, to include Technology & Communication Systems
Foster a culture of continuous improvement & innovation
Develop / manage the annual budget, ensuring fiscal responsibility & sustainability
Identify & pursue diverse funding opportunities, including grants, sponsorships, & individual donors
Cultivate relationships with potential partners, including foundations, corporations, & government agencies
Monitor / report on financial performance to the Board of Directors
Oversee the development & implementation of evidence-based programs & services
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations & standards; work with relevant agencies to ensure compliance
Monitor program outcomes / conduct regular evaluations to assess effectiveness; identify opportunities for program expansion & improvement
Collaboration with CCO's & Insurance companies
Work with Medical Records & Billing systems
Work closely with the Board of Directors, providing regular updates / reports
Collaborate with the Board in setting strategic priorities & policy development
Support board recruitment & orientation efforts
Serve as the primary spokesperson for the organization, representing its mission & values
Build / maintain strategic partnerships with community organizations, government agencies, & educational institutions
Advocate for adolescent mental health issues & promote the organization's work
Qualification
Required

High school diploma or GED ~ AND ~ Seven (7) years' experience as an executive director in supervision / leadership roles across business / non-profit organizations, including knowledge of medical systems
OR ~ Bachelor's degree in related field ~ AND ~ Five (5) years' experience as an executive director in supervision / leadership roles across business / non-profit organizations, including knowledge of medical systems
OR ~ An equivalent combination of related education & qualifying experience
