Responsibilities
Assessing their Child Support needs during phone call and in-person
Assist and help guide them through the process establishing paternity orders and making/receiving child support payments
Answer phone calls with questions related to our programs and resources
Take and distribute information as necessary
Scan and index information received
Enter information into our computer-based systems as appropriate
Qualification
Required
At least 4 years of Customer Service experience or a Bachelor's Degree
Personable, compassionate, and have a non-judgmental attitude
Excellent customer service skills
Typing skills
Detail oriented
