Aritzia is a growing company, and their Sustainability team is expanding. The Analyst/Senior Analyst Sustainability will be responsible for driving improvements in sustainability practices and analyzing data to support initiatives that enhance Aritzia's social and environmental performance.

Responsibilities

Support the definition and delivery of Aritzia’s sustainability ambition
Progress towards strengthening social foundations and respecting planetary boundaries throughout our supply chain
Reduce Aritzia’s environmental footprint throughout the value chain in line with planetary boundaries
Uphold and respect human rights throughout Aritzia’s practices
Inform and engage our stakeholders through transparent and accurate people & planet communications and reporting
Ensure the seamless running of the day-to-day business and initiatives by reducing churn and increasing productivity

Required

Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in managing complex datasets and using analytics and data visualization tools (e.g., Power Query, Power BI, Tableau)
Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in ESG frameworks and reporting standards (e.g., GHG Protocol, TCFD, ISSB)
Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in preparing reports that meet external regulatory requirements
Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in designing internal controls for financial / non-financial reporting to support risk management and mitigation
Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in project or program management skills or certificates (e.g., PMP or equivalent)
A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
