Over 10 years DBA experience with a major focus on PostgreSQL

BA/BS degree or equivalent experience; Computer Science, MIS, MBA background preferred
At least 10 years' experience as the following: PostgreSQL Senior Database Administrator, Lead and some oversight/management experience
Cloud Certifications
Has led multiple database migrations from multiple RDMS' to PostgreSQL
Highly technical and analytical, possessing 15 or more years of progressive technology implementation and support experience
Ability to travel to client and partner locations when needed
Ability to travel to our offshore locations as needed (Colombia, India, Canada)
Outstanding customer relationship management, delivery experience and collaboration skills
Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, solution, and technical challenges
At least three years' experience in technical consulting
Works well with peers and supervisor to further mentor others to achieve department and company goals; open to feedback

Experience with the Traction leadership concepts
