Heinen's Grocery Store is a family-owned grocery chain known for quality products and outstanding customer service. They are seeking a Dairy Associate who will prioritize daily tasks, acquire knowledge of the Dairy/Frozen Department, and ensure compliance with food safety standards.

Responsibilities

Prioritize daily work based on varying business needs

Acquire and share knowledge of Dairy/Frozen Department

Responsible for writing orders using effective pars and planning

Responsible for working as a team in order to complete daily tasks as needed, including scanning and recording shrink, order writing, stocking, rotating, and merchandising

Monitor and maintain all food handling and temperature standards

Attend required corporate meetings and training classes

Comply with all personal and food safety company standards

Performs other duties as assigned

Must be willing to work the number of hours required to meet company objectives, with the understanding that occasionally business needs will require additional time

Must be willing to work the non-traditional five-day work schedule, including Saturday, Sunday, and evenings
