Responsibilities
Strategic Lead Generation: Design and execute multi-channel lead generation strategies to create a steady flow of high-quality talent for immediate and future business needs
Strategize with Leadership: Act as a trusted talent advisor to sales leaders, recommending data-driven strategies to identify and land top-tier revenue generators
Pipeline Mastery: Proactively hunt and engage passive "sales superstars" through advanced sourcing techniques beyond standard job boards
Greenhouse Superuser: Optimize our Greenhouse ATS workflows to ensure data integrity and a friction-free experience for both candidates and hiring teams
Qualification
Required
2-4 years of proven experience identifying and closing high-performing sales talent
Mastery of Greenhouse; you know how to leverage the tool to move fast without sacrificing candidate quality
Expert in structured, behavioral-based interviewing techniques that reveal the true 'sales grit' in every candidate
Operates with an incredible sense of urgency and the ability to pivot as hiring priorities shift
