Responsible for evaluating and documenting process results for Yield In the evisceration and packaging departments
Responsible for communicating results to appropriate personnel when yield standards are not met
Responsible for participation in weekly yield meetings and Correlating with production group on downgrade product In comparison to USDA Grading standards
Qualification
Required
Good verbal and written communication skills
Able to lift up to 30 lbs
Must be able to stand and walk for prolong period of time (8-10 hrs) on a concrete/metal grate floor
Good overall work, safety, and attendance record
Must have good interpersonal skills and work well with others
Good mathematical skills
Preferred
Prefer bi-lingual
