Responsibilities
Lead field execution for hyperscale data center construction, including core & shell, MEP, and mission-critical systems
Drive schedule adherence across multi-building, multi-phase construction programs
Manage large subcontractor workforces in fast-paced, high-complexity environments
Enforce industry-leading safety standards and cultivate a zero-incident culture
Oversee quality control, inspections, and commissioning readiness for critical systems
Coordinate closely with owners, designers, inspectors, and trade partners
Maintain accurate field documentation, look-ahead schedules, and daily reports
Support continuous improvement across project phases
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience as a Superintendent on large-scale commercial, industrial, or mission-critical projects
Strong understanding of MEP-intensive construction and complex sequencing
Proven ability to lead large teams over extended project durations
Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
Willingness to commit to a 2–5 year project assignment in West Texas
Preferred
Direct experience with hyperscale data centers, mission-critical facilities, or advanced manufacturing strongly preferred
