Responsibilities
Advise high-net-worth individuals, families, and closely held businesses on complex tax matters with a long-term planning mindset
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of tax professionals, ensuring quality, accuracy, and a culture of growth
Oversee the review of federal and state tax returns, including individual, fiduciary, partnership, and corporate filings. 100% review role
Drive tax strategy and planning initiatives, partnering closely with wealth advisors, financial planners, and internal stakeholders across the firm
Serve as a trusted technical resource, staying current on tax developments and proactively identifying opportunities for clients
Play a key role in process improvement, leveraging technology and best practices as our national footprint expands
Qualification
Required
CPA or EA required
5+ years of progressive tax experience, ideally within wealth management, public accounting, or a similar advisory-focused environment
Proven leadership experience and a passion for developing others
Deep technical knowledge across individual, fiduciary, and pass-through entity taxation
A consultative mindset and strong communication skills—someone who enjoys client interaction and complex problem-solving
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, growth-oriented firm
