Responsibilities
Lead site-wide safety strategy and execution
Drive a people-first culture while ensuring OSHA compliance
Oversee safety on one of the largest AI infrastructure projects in the region
Qualification
Required
8+ years construction safety leadership
Bachelors degree in construction management, environmental health and safety or equivalent experience
OSHA 510/500 required
CHST/CSP required
Experience on large, complex mission critical, industrial, and commercial construction projects
Long-term West Texas commitment
