Responsibilities

Lead the team with a professional management style and promote enthusiasm, productivity, accountability, and positive guest-service
Meet monthly sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to dealership staff
Train dealership personnel on the proper preparation of all documents required for the sale of a vehicle
Independently review all required transactional documents prior to sale completion
Analyze and compare documents for internal consistency of populated data prior to sending documents to finance
Direct/instruct the Finance Managers to double check any suspected deficiencies in data and remedy as necessary
Maintain a high level of professionalism with employees and customers
Procure financing for our customers
Maximize sale of back-end products
Cultivate and maintain relationships with lending sources, extended warranty vendor, GAP insurance provider, and more
Maintain outstanding dealership condition and visual merchandising standards with the assistance of the lot staff
Supporting the dealership on the designated day off the General Manager
Assist General Manager in the interviewing process and recruitment of staff
Assist fellow management and assist in the training of Sales Consultant staff
Partner with General Manager to secure building and vehicle inventory

Required

Self-motivated and with a drive to get things accomplished
Proficient time-management and organizational skills
Exemplary communication and customer service skills
Able to cultivate a productive a team environment
Fully proficient with title laws and registration process
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong negotiation and presentation skills

Preferred

4 years of Automotive Sales Manager and/or F&I Experience
Active drivers license
Acceptable MVR and background report
