Litigation Associate, Consumer Products, Mid-Level to Senior
Hogan Lovells is seeking a mid-to-senior level associate to join their Consumer Products practice. The attorney will represent consumer product companies in litigation matters and assist in class actions related to false advertising and consumer deception.

Responsibilities
Represent consumer product companies in responding to private plaintiff demand letters and government inquiries involving California Proposition 65 and related issues
Assist in litigating consumer class actions alleging false advertising, consumer deception, and regulatory non-compliance
Work directly with clients and opposing counsel
Gain experience working with leaders in the field
Work efficiently with both litigation associates and subject matter specialists
Qualification
Required
Five to eight years of litigation experience
Strong research and writing skills
Excellent academic credentials
Strong interpersonal skills
Commitment to excellence
Experience in working efficiently with both litigation associates and subject matter specialists
Membership to the California Bar or eligibility to waive in
Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school
Preferred
Experience with a wide range of industries, including foods, supplements, cleaning products, technology services, OTC drugs, and personal care/cosmetics
Comfortable interacting directly with clients
Experience with issues involving FTC, NAD, FDCA, CPSC, slack fill, greenwashing, etc
