Junior Account Manager
Arch Events is a marketing firm seeking a motivated Junior Account Manager to join their team. The role involves generating new revenue through client acquisition and upselling, participating in sales campaigns, and building a sales pipeline.

Responsibilities
Generate new revenue for our products through new client acquisition and upselling of products and services to existing clients as assigned by management
Actively participate in our experiential sales & marketing campaigns
Build a sales pipeline by cultivating prospects, creating new business opportunities
Create and deliver sales presentations to key decision makers in targeted accounts
Execute successful client contract negotiations and renewals
Meet daily and weekly KPIs
Speak to as many customers as possible daily
Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the industry, our products and services, and the competitive landscape
Qualification
Required
Associate's Degree or higher in a relevant field of study
No prior experience is required
Able to manage all stages of the sales cycle including prospecting, needs analysis, presentation, proposal, negotiation and closing
Positive track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving
Results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments to meet clients' needs
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills, including presentation skills
Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with prospects, clients and colleagues which are based on mutual respect and integrity
Exceptional time management and multi-tasking skills
Preferred
Customer service experience is preferred
